🚨 You’re probably doing MORE than enough… and that’s the problem.

If you’re eating in a calorie deficit, training hard, hitting your steps, and the scales still aren’t moving…

One of these 3 things is usually happening:

👉 Your deficit is smaller than you think.
👉 You’ve been dieting so aggressively for so long that your body has adapted.
👉 Stress and poor sleep are working against your results.

The frustrating part?

Most women assume they need to eat less and do more cardio.

But often, the answer is improving recovery, increasing food strategically, managing stress, and creating a deficit you can actually sustain.

The scale was never the problem. ❌

I wish someone told me earlier that losing weight wouldn’t automatically make me happy.

For years, I thought the answer was getting smaller. I chased lower numbers, skipped meals, and believed confidence would magically appear once I reached my goal weight.

But when I finally got there, I realised something surprising...

The biggest transformation wasn’t physical.

It was learning how to fuel my body properly, build strength, create discipline, and stop letting my self-worth depend on a number on the scale.

Bodybuilding taught me that confidence isn’t something you earn after you lose weight.

It’s something you build through the promises you keep to yourself every day.

If you’re currently trying to lose fat, don’t make the same mistake I did.

Focus on becoming stronger, healthier, and more consistent not just lighter.

Because the woman you’re becoming is worth so much more than a number.

This is a reminder that your happiness isn’t a goal weight. 🫶

At 54 years old she’s the strongest + leanest she has ever felt!

Meet my beautiful queen here 👑

She came to me thinking her body was broken and she couldn’t achieve what she wanted anymore because of her age.

After committing herself with our Fitbodz Formula she has made some serious changes to her 👇
