We’re opening our doors to the local community with a 2-week FREE trial giving you unlimited access to all 25 weekly training sessions.

Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, fitness, or just feeling better day-to-day, we’ve got you covered in a fun, supportive environment where everyone is welcome.

🕔 Session times (Mon–Fri):
5:00am | 6:00am | 9:30am | 5:00pm | 6:00pm

🏋️ What we offer:
• Strength training (Tuesday & Thursday)
• Cardio sessions (Wednesday)
• Hybrid training (Monday & Friday) – strength + bodyweight + cardio
• Boxing for fitness (Wednesday 6:00pm)

👥 Small group training (max 10 people per session) ensures personal coaching, proper technique, and real results.

You and a friend can train with us for one week completely free. It’s the perfect chance to experience our community, training style, and results together.

You’ll have access to 25 sessions across 5 convenient class times:
5:00am, 6:00am, 9:30am, 5:00pm, and 6:00pm.

Weekly training split:

Monday – Hybrid (strength, cardio & bodyweight)
Tuesday – Strength & resistance
Wednesday – Cardio
Thursday – Strength & resistance
Friday – Hybrid finisher session

Whether you’re new to training or looking for a fresh challenge, this is a great way to get started with a friend by your side.
