🧡 For women ready to embrace the ride
✨ Sharing life, positivity & a bit of my journey along the way — the good, the bad, and everything in between As a child, I faced sexual abuse, followed by toxic relationships where my partner's addiction became the catalyst for me leaving and stepping into the challenging role of a single mum to two young children. In

my late 20s, while juggling motherhood, I secretly struggled with debilitating panic attacks. Fearful of being seen as anything less than a strong, independent woman, I kept my suffering hidden. The weight of it all became unbearable, and I sought help to break free from the spiral I was in. I vividly remember going to my doctor, only to be told, "It’s all in your head." While that phrase stuck with me, I was left confused, with no tools or guidance on how to change what was happening inside me. Thankfully, fate intervened, and I found a healer who would shift my world in ways I never imagined. Over the next 20 years, I committed to peeling back the layers of pain and releasing the limiting beliefs that had held me hostage for so long. Each session, each breakthrough, helped me reclaim a part of myself that I had lost to trauma and fear. One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is the importance of trusting my intuition and silencing the external noise. I stopped seeking validation or direction from others and began to recognise that the answers I needed were always within me. This realisation led me down a completely different path—the path I was always meant to walk. After a lifetime in the corporate world, I found the courage to leave that life behind. I embraced my journey fully, listening to my heart and soul, trusting that I was on the right path. And that journey has led me here—to a place where I can help others through their own healing, transformation, and empowerment. Now in my 50s, I am filled with gratitude for every part of my journey. I am finally living life by my own rules, continuing to grow, heal, and make the most of each day. And through my experiences, I’m here to guide others to do the same—to find peace, to release what no longer serves them, and to embrace the life they truly deserve.

Not currently taking on new clients.

As of this week, I'm working full-time in the NDIS space as a Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach, and it's the perfect fit for where I am in life right now. The flexibility, the challenge, the chance to keep helping people. Everything I was looking for.

It's never too late. I made these changes in my fifties, and if there's one thing I want you to take from this: it's not too late to change direction, not too late to find what makes you happy.

I left real estate in 2019 after a 30 year career and then spent six years building my own business. It's been beautiful, but running it solo was hard work... plenty of studying, struggle, and starting over. Every bit of it led me here.

When one door closes, be patient. Follow the good and the bad, the uphills and downhills. One day it just clicks, and you land exactly where you're meant to be.

I don't want to leave anyone in the lurch — if you need support (healing, reiki, kinesiology, medical intuitive), I can't recommend Sam from enough. ( you will find her above Jack the Lad cafe in Chelsea) 🧡

This page isn't going anywhere... you can't get rid of me that easily 😁 I'll still pop in with a card pull or something to brighten your day — I really do love hearing when a post helps someone, and I want to keep that going. If anything, this space might become less "business" and more about sharing life, encouragement, and enjoying the ride.

Thank you all for your support — and if spaces open up again, you'll be the first to hear. 🫶

It's okay to be who you are. 🧡

If someone judges you for being different, quiet, sensitive, expressive, or simply you... that says everything about them and nothing about you. People see the world through their own lens, their own fears, their own limitations. When they judge, they're often just showing you where their own edges are.

It was never your job to shrink yourself to make someone else comfortable. Even I still catch myself struggling with this from time to time, it's a human thing, not a flaw.

So keep forging ahead. Keep being exactly who you are. Hold your head high... because there is nothing wrong with you, and there never was.

Everyone is doing the best they can with what they know. That includes you.

We're so quick to judge ourselves for things we didn't have the tools to do differently at the time.

The version of you who made that choice, said that thing, stayed too long, didn't have the awareness you have right now.

That's not an excuse. It's context.

Real change doesn't come from beating yourself up over the past. It comes from understanding it, then choosing differently now that you know better.

You were doing the best you could with what you knew then. So was everyone else in your story.

That doesn't mean it didn't hurt. It means you get to stop carrying it as a verdict on who you are. 🧡

For years I thought if I tried harder, I'd stop repeating the same cycle. More willpower. More discipline. More "just get over it."
None of it worked. What I kept repeating was never about effort. It was about a moment, usually from way earlier, that never got resolved.
The real shift for me came from understanding why I reacted the way I did, not judging myself for it. Forgiving what happened, without excusing it. Learning to soothe the part of me that was still scared, instead of looking outside myself for it.
That's not weakness. That's the actual work.
If you've been trying to white-knuckle your way through the same thing for years, this might be why it hasn't shifted. 🤍

I call this trauma stacking, and once I understood it in myself, it changed how I work with every woman who sits across from me now. Whole-body counselling meets you exactly where you're at. 🧡

We don't think twice about seeing someone for a sprained ankle.

A racing mind at 2am? A heart that's been quietly breaking for months? We're told to push through. Handle it. Get on with it.

Emotional pain deserves the same care as a physical injury. Not eventually. Now.

Healing doesn't have to feel heavy. It can grow through lightness and safety, instead of more intensity.

You're allowed to ask for help before it becomes an emergency. 🧡
