With all the cuts, constant reviews, and endless bureaucracy happening right now, it’s so easy for the system to lose sight of the people inside it. But we refuse to.

Being trusted to support someone in their daily life is a huge privilege. Every participant deserves dignity, respect, and a team that remembers their humanity every single day. 💜

We’re standing with participants and families pushing through this tough landscape. You shouldn't have to fight this hard just to be heard.

Should NDIS cuts be decided by a report? 👀

Spend one day with a participant and you see things no document can show. The effort, the progress, and what the funding actually makes possible in everyday life.

A paper can tell you what was spent. It can’t tell you what changed.

So we want to ask: how should the NDIS evaluate funding, and who should be in the room when decisions get made?

It happens in every industry, and most of the time? Not really our problem. 🙂‍↔️

But the moment it starts affecting vulnerable participants who are already struggling, that's where we draw the line.🫢

As providers, that responsibility sits with us. Keeping participants safe, in good hands, and genuinely looked after when it comes to their plan and their goals.💜🫶

This is exactly why compliance, auditing, and holding ourselves to real ethical standards matter. It's not box-ticking. It's what stops people from being taken advantage of at the exact moment they're most vulnerable.✅📋

We all know how hard it is to find our people in life, so when our participants are able to spend time together like this, and have great friendships its makes a world of a difference. 🌍

NDIS cuts might be weeding out the dodgy providers but these funding cuts are also affecting real participants that need it the most!

A participant with a progressing disability just had a big chunk of their funding cut when they would actually need more...

This is why documentation and the proper compliance measures are essential for all providers to protect both participants and providers who really care to offer support.
