Colour Awareness

Colour Awareness Connect to your Life Mission and be the best the version of yourself. You are not your best version, easily manipulated and not living with intention.

Colour Awareness main goal is to help you connect to your soul purpose and be the best version of yourself. When you are not connected to your soul purpose, you tend to feel loss, unloved, not safe and insecure. This creates ‘dis-ease’: not knowing your place in life or the meaning of this life. This is the cause of all human illness and suffering. By utilising an array of tools, Birth Angels via

72 Angels and Kabbalah, colour and numerology, you are assisted in gaining conscious awareness as to why you do what you do and what you do subconsciously. Gain a better understanding of yourself. At Colour Awareness you are encouraged to go on a journey of self-discovery of whom you really are and why you are here. You can achieve this by either attending a workshop or having one on one session. These discoveries will improve your wellbeing tremendously on all levels and help you to live up to your potential. You will be more accepting of your circumstances, and live with intention. So come on the journey of the soul and "become the change you wish to see in the world”.

Guardian Angel 23 – Melahel

Principal Quality: Therapeutic Capability
“One who encourages healing.”

Sacred Teaching: Seek only the truth.

Melahel encourages us to recognise and avoid manipulation. Be mindful of people who appear friendly yet subtly provoke arguments, dismiss your experiences or family history, or try to push their own agenda. Sometimes they can seem like a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

When you feel overwhelmed, fearful, or as though the world is out of control, remember that no one can control your inner peace without your permission.

Choose habits that nourish your soul:
✨ Limit social media.
🥗 Eat well.
🙏 Pray and meditate.
💛 Practise gratitude.

When faced with unreasonable people or those seeking conflict, simply walk away. Respond with patience, compassion, and open-minded curiosity.

By healing yourself, you become a source of healing for others.

“The truth will set you free.” — John 8:32

Guardian Angel
reminds us to seek truth with humility rather than reshape it to suit ourselves or the expectations of the day. Wisdom begins when we are willing to examine our own hearts before trying to influence others.

Honouring yourself is not about pride or seeking recognition. It is about living with integrity, embracing the person God created you to be, and allowing that inner truth to guide your words and actions.

As we grow in self-awareness and deepen our relationship with God, we become more authentic, compassionate, and respectful of others. Instead of imposing our ideas or twisting the truth to fit current norms, we choose honesty, discernment, and love.

May we seek truth, honour one another, and reflect God’s light in all we do.

“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” — Bible, John 8:32

In a world of loud outrage and double standards, we need Binah (Understanding) & Sophia (Divine Wisdom) more than ever.
One aligned step > performative noise.
Discernment over division. Truth with grace.
✨ Return to wisdom.

What if our greatest problem isn’t disagreement… but the loss of wisdom?

This question led me to write my latest reflection.

Rather than taking sides, I explore why discernment, humility, and truth matter more than ever—and what the biblical ideas of Sophia and Binah can teach us today.

If that question makes you curious, I’d love you to read the full blog. The link is in my bio.

It seems like wisdom used to be the special sauce in our public conversations - when courage wasn't about yelling the loudest, but about having the guts to do the right thing. Have we lost the recipe somewhere along the line? In my latest blog, I'm digging up old memories from the civil rights movement of the 60s and comparing them to today's cultural soup - it looks like we might have traded our wise words for divisive drama. Using the Christian concept of Sophia (Divine Wisdom) and the Jewish idea of Binah (Understanding), I make the case that true justice needs wisdom, humility, and love to stand a chance. This blog post is my humble attempt to ponder faith, culture, and the lost art of thinking before speaking. After you've given it a read, I'd be delighted to hear your thoughts on whether we can get the respectful conversation started.

Zechariah 4:10
“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin...”.

The weight of the world can feel incredibly heavy, especially when we look at the massive, complex systems we live inside of every day. It’s easy to feel a sense of contradiction—wanting to live ethically, yet knowing how difficult it is to completely step outside of supply chains that don’t always align with our hearts.
But true alignment doesn’t demand perfection overnight. 🌿
Guardian Angel reminds us that our spiritual journey is one of continual reclamation. We are called to bring our soul-self into our everyday tasks and “course-correct” when needed. It’s not about an immediate, costly overhaul of your entire life; it’s about the power of the “small ways.”
When we choose to pause, look closer, and make even one small shift—buying a little less, choosing a brand that values human dignity, or simply refusing to live on autopilot—we are reclaiming our true nature from the noise of the world.
You don’t have to dismantle the system today. Just choose one small act of love and alignment. What is one tiny course-correction you can make for your soul space this week? 👇✨

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on the state of the world and feeling a deep weariness. It’s hard not to feel disillusioned by the elites, the establishment, our politicians, and the media. It often feels like they only care about control, power, and causing division—not the average person.
I keep asking myself: What does real justice actually look like? Because what we see too often is justice delivered through illusions—in mainstream media, and even in ethnic news outlets like Neos Kosmos. Leaders wear masks, pretending to be just, while voices are silenced the moment they step outside the approved narrative.
If you are looking for what real, unmasked justice looks like, it isn’t found in a political script. It was laid out beautifully long ago:

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”
— Micah 6:8

So, how do we live this out when the world is so loud?
You go within. You listen to what your heart is saying. You do what you feel is right, you harm no one, and you stand firm in that truth.
When we stop looking to the establishment for answers and instead tune into our own hearts and God’s quiet truth, something powerful happens. It triggers that “100th monkey” effect—a tipping point where collective, positive change spreads from the ground up.
Real justice isn’t a top-down decree. It’s an organic, quiet alignment with what is fair and decent. Turning inward to act justly and love mercy isn’t passive; it is the ultimate form of quiet resistance.
To reflect on this week: How do you protect your inner peace when the noise of the world gets too loud?

Human rights are never permanently locked in—they are merely on loan to each generation. If we don’t actively guard our boundaries, regression happens fast.

Part 2 of my historical reflection is officially live on Substack. We’re tracing the cycle of women's autonomy through Greece, early Church history, and straight into the modern challenges threatening female safety today.

As Saint Paul so urgently put it: "Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong."
