Guardian Angel of the Day —
Lately I’ve been reflecting on how hard it can be to live truthfully when so much around us feels uncertain.
A lot of people seem uneasy at the moment. There’s disappointment, concern about the future, and for many, a feeling of being let down. When promises change or things move quickly without much conversation, it can leave people feeling unsettled and mistrustful.
For the majority of us, one of the biggest struggles around “living my truth” is financial pressure. I think many people worry life is becoming more about surviving, paying bills, and carrying stress, rather than having space to breathe, create, give, connect, and do what they genuinely love.
YEZALEL energy reminds us to stay connected to the truth within ourselves and to God’s presence within us, even when the world around us feels noisy or heavy. Not reacting from fear, but also not pretending everything feels okay when it doesn’t.
I think sometimes the challenge is learning how to stay grounded, prayerful, and honest without losing hope or peace inside ourselves.

Jesus Ascension — Between Knowing and Longing

As Ascension approaches, I have found myself reflecting deeply on what it must have felt like for the first Christians to hear the words:“Christ has risen.”

Did they struggle with doubt?Did they long to see Jesus face to face, just as many of us still do today?

In this reflection, I explore Thomas, discernment, longing for God, and the quiet ways Christ still meets us in our daily lives — even when He feels far away.

Perhaps faith is not the absence of questions, but learning to trust that God is present within them.

I share these thoughts not because I have all the answers, but because the questions themselves feel real.
