I’m very excited to be offering Bowen Therapy at Sea to Sky in Peregian Beach on Fridays and Saturdays.

🦵 This week has definitely been the week of knee pain! ✨

Almost every other person I’ve seen in the clinic has come in struggling with knee pain, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to help them move more comfortably and walk with greater ease. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️💙

Knee pain doesn’t just affect your knees—it can impact your confidence, your mobility, and your enjoyment of everyday life. 🌿 Seeing my clients leave walking better than when they arrived is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. 😊

She can now comfortably lift her arm right up overhead. 🌿
