Whilst the team furthers their mediumship development in Bali 🌺 Mr Crystal Clarity is running the Boutique. Unfortunately due to tending to Daddy duties the Boutique will be closed from 2pm every day in order for Mr Crystal Clarity to do the school pick ups.

Saturdays we will be open as per usual, 9am to 4pm. With our regular operating hours returning from Wednesday the 9th of September.

We appreciate your support and understanding during this time, whilst the team furthers their development to be of service for the community 💖🙏🏽

For those of you who don’t know the background story, after I gave birth to my twins, I made the decision to have my tubes tied. We have been blessed with four beautiful children, and our family was complete, so I thought I was taking one for the team by having this procedure done. I wasn’t medically informed of the magnitude this decision would have. I didn’t do my own research, and I was very unaware of how it would impact me energetically. I’ve always been a smaller girl, even with all the changes the female body endures through pregnancy, I would soon return to my regular size. However, after having this procedure, it was as though the hormones that impact weight loss had been disrupted.

Despite what the doctors may tell me, I know my body has been affected by this decision. Regardless of all my efforts, I could not move the weight, nothing would budge. It slowly began to impact my mental health until it became unbearable, and I felt a deep detachment from myself. This ultimately affects everything, my energy, how I show up for others, and how I see the world around me. Coupled with ADHD and the way I’d binge eat to cope with frustration or overwhelm, food noise is no joke!

Today I read this letter I wrote for myself at and retreat, which was a pivotal weekend for me. During that retreat I decided to wholeheartedly choose myself, enough anger and regret. More acts of kindness and self-love.

Today, as I read this, I felt a wave of emotion. A part of me recognises the struggle of that past version of Brooke. I can sense the absence of self-love she carried, especially when I look at the abundant love I have for myself today.

I’ve cultivated a beautiful, healthy relationship with food. While I may not have fully achieved my previous goal, I now realise that I might have outgrown it. Perhaps that goal was never about a number on a scale, it was always about a feeling. The feeling of confidence and the wholehearted acceptance of who I am 🤍🙏🏽

Lions Gate ✨🪞✨

It is rare for me to pause, the only moments of rest seem to come during sleep, and even then, am I truly at rest or simply active in the astral realm? Yet, in the week leading up to Lions Gate, my body insisted it was time to halt, guiding me into a space of rest that I had been neglecting. Bedridden for an entire week, not by choice but by necessity, I was confronted with discomfort and an unfamiliar sense of identity. Who am I when I am not endlessly supporting others?

I recognised this pause as essential for the journey that lies ahead, a prerequisite for the unfolding blessings on the horizon. Instead of resisting my fiery nature, I chose to surrender. I let my body navigate through the energy shift I was undergoing, a deep release.

Often, as we prepare to level up in our spiritual journey, we encounter profound energy shifts. It’s not merely the fluctuating vibrations of a room, it’s a transformation that resonates within every fiber of our being, altering the very fabric of our lives. In the lead-up to such monumental shifts, the world around us may seem to dissolve, leaving us physically drained or unwell. This is not the moment to push against the current, rather, it is an invitation to reflect, observe, and surrender to the unfolding path. You have journeyed far to reach this point, so trust that your higher self is navigating you wisely.

It is within the acts of surrender and trust that the true alchemy of transformation occurs 💫

I am ready for what awaits.
My spirit senses its magnitude deep within me.

It was such an honour to meet the author of the F*cking Honest Oracle and Get F*cking Motivated cards.

I find immense joy in uplifting the spirit of Australian small businesses, and it brings me greater fulfillment to connect with the hearts behind their missions. If you haven’t had the chance to explore these divine cards, I wholeheartedly encourage you to do so.
