Winter is around the corner. Colds and flu love this time of year. Elderberries have been used as a remedy during the winter months, especially in European history and is sacred to many goddess traditions. In Astrology, Elder is considered a feminine tree and is governed by Venus. Her element is water which makes it perfect to be mixed with other herbs to make tea or a syrup.

Here we have combined it with other immune herbs to make a yummy and powerful immune tonic, which can be taken by all the family.
