1. In plain English, what is Neurographics?
Neurographics is a graphical method to organize your thinking and tune into your inner space through drawing.
2. What is the purpose of Neurographics?
Neurographics’ has been developed to remove old limiting connections that we’ve built throughout our lives, and form new ones. The purpose is to become more confident and resilient, and to gain more inner freedom to do the things we didn’t dare to think about doing before.
3. Why all the circles?
Three shapes are used in Neurographics – a circle, a triangle, a square – and the lines connecting them. There are algorithms to arrange and connect the shapes in different ways depending on your final goal (find a new solution, have fun or else).
