👻 GHOST BUSTERS 👻

Not all Spirit entities are harmful but an energy cleansing will clean or clear out any unwanted activity

If you’ve experienced the sense of Spirit in your home, it could be just passing through or it may ‘belong’ there (or to item you’ve brought home)

Even if you’ve purchased an old car, wardrobe or couch, it’s a good idea to move any possible entities with a smoke and sound cleansing

I have a Spirit entity in one of my back rooms which ‘belongs’ to that room and doesn’t bother anyone (not even the poodle) - I trust the ‘vibe’ I get from that room and know the Spirit entity is at peace, and it’s where I have set up my herbal workshop

However, I regularly open the windows in that room, leave the door open, use my sound bowl and do an energy cleanse weekly; just to move any stagnant energies and keep the Spirit entity vibrating on a positive, happy note 💓

One of my go-to herbs for this type of energy cleansing is mugwort (aka black sage)🌿

It’s often used as a dream incense herb and energy cleanser, but blended with rosemary and wormwood it has powerful properties for protecting your aura energies from ‘unsettled’ Spirit entities and moving them on their way

Just a little Blue Moon Magic 🪄

On a full moon I blend a teaspoon or two of chamomile (known as a Luna herb) with a few mugwort leaves (because it’s not a full moon without mugwort) to make a full moon tea. And on a full blue moon I add some butterfly pea flowers to the mix to add some extra magic 🪄 Then I sit the jars outside under the moon (lids on) to absorb the Moon Magic

It makes a powerful moon water for releasing spells and connecting to your ancestors and angel guides

🧘Tulsi ~ Ocimum tenuiflorum
Also known as Holy Basil 🌿

Have you tried this beautiful spiritual herb? It has a gentle spicy flavour of cloves with a lemon undertone and calming aroma

Holy basil has edible flowers, leaves and seeds and is considered by many to be an Adaptogen herb - so, it’s like a personal bodyguard for your immune system and stress response

Tulsi is used widely for it’s spiritual healing, purification, and protection properties and as an Adaptogen herb it’s commonly used to support the Whole Person during dietary mindfulness, lifestyle changes and holistic awareness - especially for reducing cortisol levels or menopause “brain-fog”

It’s a lovely plant to have in the garden and can live up to 3-4 years old, bringing a beautiful protection energy and the bees love the flowers 🐝

I find blending Tulsi with a nervine herb such as lemon balm, chamomile or passionflower it makes a delicious tea to really balance the body’s energy when things are a little overwhelming and helps with digestion too

As with many herbs, there are not enough studies to confirm safety with pregnancy, so I would recommend not to be used if trying to fall pregnant or if pregnant 🫶

🌕 We have a full blue moon this weekend (31 May)

Under this full blue moon there will be the growth of knowledge and wisdom within the phases of a person’s life, and of spirituality, intuition, inspiration and inner peace.

It’s also a moon of second-chances; if there was a door which didn’t quite open to you then you’re being invited to try the door again and see what’s waiting on the other side. If you were sure of letting something go, then this is a message from Luna to be brave and let it go, that includes self-doubt and unhealthy habits.
