Our studio is equipped with balanced body Pilates apparatus including Allegro 2 reformers for group sessions as well as a range of other equipment for Clinical Pilates and Exercise Rehabilitation programs. Simon has been a special part of our community since November 2016, and over the years, he’s become so much more than a familiar face in the studio.
Always cheerful, always up for a chat, and always connecting with the people around him, Simon brings such a wonderful energy to the studio. He’s truly a joy to have as part of our community, and we’re so grateful for all the smiles, conversations, and good vibes he brings with him.

Alicia Holmes is a physiotherapist with over 6 years’ experience as a Reformer Pilates instructor, bringing a movement-focused and hands-on approach to recovery and performance.
Offering physio consultations, dry needling, hands-on treatment, running and sports analysis, meeting specific goals via tailored rehab, and Pilates-based movement reviews to support return to sport and everyday life.

Whether it’s easing pain, building confidence in movement, working toward personal goals, or preparing to start Pilates classes, all goals are welcome. Group and semi-private sessions are also available.

Outside the clinic, Alicia enjoys running, tennis, hiking, and time in the ocean.
