Anxiety is a disorder that is often overlooked and extremely misunderstood. It is hard to find the right words to say to people who suffer with anxiety and for a long time we heard a lot of “don't worry” and “it’s not that big of a deal”. For people who don’t know what it’s like to have anxiety and depression or who haven’t experienced anxiety attacks, it is hard to understand the right words to s

ay. We brainstormed for a long time about things that we personally would appreciate and make us feel good when our mental struggles are getting us down. Our gift boxes are designed to uplift and calm the anxious mind in times of need. If you know someone who is struggling and you aren’t sure of what to say, let us help you by showing you are there and you care, without having to say anything at all.
