I was in a funk, without direction, still grieving my Dad's passing and not overly satisfied with my life. Over the years I had experienced and learnt meditation, Reiki, Pranic Healing and had numerous other healings and read many, many self-help books. But I still felt empty and didn't know why. ly feel and release all the grief that I had been holding in my body, not just for my Dad but for the babies my body couldn't carry, for the bullying in high school, all the small and big hurts that I was holding onto to - too afraid to feel them as if holding onto them kept me safe. But all it did was keep me stuck. I was so blown away by the simplicity and deep transformational aspects of Breathwork that I spent 2 years and over 450 hours learning how to become a Certified Transpersonal Breathwork facilitator with the incredible Claire Belton here in Perth. I am also a Professional Member and previous secretary with the Australia Breathwork Association. I continue to grow and experience Breathwork as it takes me deeper and deeper to self-awareness, freedom and joy.
