PTSD and CPTSD have a lot in common.
But they’re not the same experience.

PTSD is often linked to a specific event.
CPTSD is usually rooted in long-term, repeated trauma.

PTSD may come with memories of a “before.”
CPTSD often means the trauma was part of your foundation.

Both can include:
flashbacks
avoidance
hypervigilance
emotional overwhelm

Different paths.
Real impact.
Both deserve understanding, support, and care.

One of our community members is supporting an initiative helping those affected by the flood in Nepal.

🇳🇵 Small help, big hope for Nepal 🇳🇵

We all know that in Australia, there is a system where you can get up to 10 cents for recycling empty cans and bottles. I am currently in Perth, Western Australia and would like to take a small initiative to help Nepal during this difficult time.

If you would like to donate the empty cans and bottles that you have collected at your home, please contact me. I will come to your home and collect them as much as possible. Also, if you are nearby and want to bring them yourself, I would be very grateful.

The money received from the collected cans and bottles will be deposited in the official support account provided by the Government of Nepal.

Even small support means a lot to the nation today. 🙏🇳🇵

Come on, let's join hands and help Nepal wherever and however we can. ❤️🇳🇵
