Last but not least in our “What did your osteo get up to over winter?” series is Alice! ❄️

Alice made the most of a classic WA winter — enjoying the delights of Margaret River Bakery 🥐, cheering on the Eagles at Optus Stadium 🏉, rigging up for chilly walks along the Busselton Jetty 🌊 and swimming laps at Scarborough Pool on a cold winter’s night 🏊‍♀️🥶

Add in a few espresso martinis 🍸 and a beautiful Perth winter sunset 🌅 and that’s winter done well!

Erin’s winter adventures have taken her across Europe, the UK and, most recently, North America. These snaps are from beautiful Vancouver Island, where she’s been exploring the forests, lakes and mountains 🏔️🌲🇨🇦

But now for the best news… Erin will be back at OTMH in just THREE WEEKS! 🎉🙌

Rob is next up in our “What did your osteo get up to over winter?” series! ❄️

There was plenty of running 🏃‍♂️ — from gruelling, freezing-cold marathon training sessions through Kings Park, to the much less strenuous kind with his daughter in the running buggy ❤️

Winter also meant birthday cake 🎂, trips to the footy with his son and mum 🏉, and dragging the old electric drum kit out of storage to see if the next generation has what it takes 🥁😂

A winter of running, family, footy and making plenty of noise!
