Feeling very happy, but the post-event crash hit me hard after this weekend.
I have just spent two days at the Western Australia Tarot Conference, with amazing people, incredible presentations, deep conversations, more insight than I could hold. Giving Tarot Readings for many. I got home and just... stopped.

And I've learned over time to just let that happen.
Insights don't arrive until the quiet does. Rest isn't wasted time. It's where the real integration happens.

So here I am; still processing, being grateful and resting (I confess that I needed a little nap this afternoon too).

Anyone else feel this after a big weekend?

P.s I loved it, I had a ball and I'm already looking forward to next year 🥰

Sound healing is more than just sound bowls. These are examples of some instruments utilised in your session/balance. Each tuning fork works on different aspects of your energetic signature. Your energy directs the flow of the balance to align your energetic system.
By aligning your energetic system, you may experience a deeper sense of connection to the universe and a greater understanding of your place within it.

I have been reminded (the hard way) that it is very important to stop ✋️ and focus on self-care. It was a great weekend away from the hub bub of life. We traveled a lot, enjoyed good food, and the chatter with friends around the table. I thought I would get back to work and be as busy as ever.

How wrong I was.... I clearly needed more time out for self-care according to the universe as I have suffered a pretty severe allergic reaction that is just one step away from anaphylaxis 🙈🙈🙈

The next question is, what am I allergic to? 🤔 I am determined to find out it is as I want to continue to explore this beautiful country. Onwards and upwards...
