Nice to be back this past three weeks teaching on Advanced Lower Limb Assessment of the Knee and Ankle.

Great group of inquisitive students from all over the world 🌎 completing Australia’s best face to face post graduate Clinical Masters of Physiotherapy (Sports & Exercise /Musculoskeletal) course university 🎓

ACL COMEBACK 💥👏👏👏 Awesome stuff this week with checking in before her comeback game for in the Women’s Premier League. 18 months ago Sophie underwent a major two stage surgery with a primary ACL reconstruction and secondary meniscal transplant and MACI chondral implant. Was very fortunate to be present with surgeon and his great team for the marathon 4.5 hour stage 2 surgery and witness this incredible procedure unfold. Recovery from this complex surgery is at different level but Sophie as a former Australian 🇦🇺 junior hockey player was not ready to hang up her 🏑 stick just yet. A patient but relentless approach to this long term rehabilitation has finally brought us to this exciting day. It hasn’t always been smooth sailing - lots of blood, sweat and a few tears along the way … but we made it and I couldn’t be more stoked and proud of Sophie for all her hard work and for her to now be rewarded 🙌 💚

TRANSFER NEWS 📣📣📣 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

is excited to announce our new Physiotherapist signing ⭐️ direct from 🔵🔵 in London 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿.

Ed brings a wealth of experience from elite sports including the Head of Performance Therapy at the prestigious Chelsea FC Football Academy; Head Physiotherapist for Chelsea’s u/21’s team; Head Physiotherapist for Arsenal FC Women’s Premier League team; Hockey England and the London 2012 Olympics to name a few.

Ed also has vast experience in the clinical space having been Clinical Manager at one of London’s largest Sports Medicine clinics Pure Sports Medicine. The history says it all - this union was meant to be!! 💚

We are incredibly lucky to have Ed join the PSP team and look forwards to blending his amazing experience with our existing systems and supporting Perth’s best young athletes with high performance clinical care.

Ed will be joining the Performance Physio team full time at our Osborne Park facility starting in February.

Having already overcome some injury adversity to get to this point in her career we know that Olivia has the grit and determination to succeed at the next level. We wish her the very best 👊

Great to be able to support women’s ⭐️ in her recovery from ACL injury. Having unfortunately been through a previous ACL surgery on the other side Nat has embraced this latest challenge and is making every post a winner in her recovery. Fighting back one day at a time 📈

Great to be able to support 🇦🇺 with his rehabilitation back in Perth before he returns to Europe. Jacob had a great 2025 achieving his goal of being capped for the Socceroos 🟢🟡 and is looking forwards to a big 2026 with plenty to play for. Impressive to witness the hard work Jacob puts into being at his best. We wish him all the best 👊

Great to be able to support triple Olympian and Hockeyroos captain 🦘🇦🇺 ⭐️ whilst Physio takes a well deserved break. Big year ahead for Grace and the national team with a World Cup in 2026 to prepare for. Plenty more to come representing the green and gold 🟢🟡 Thanks for trusting us with your care Grace 🙌 🇦🇺

Nice to be able to support 🏏 young gun .sykes whilst he is out playing in Perth over the English winter. Great to catch up on all the news from my old club Surrey CCC who have had another hugely successful period of winning titles in English County Cricket 🏆🏆. C’Mon the ‘Rey 🤎🩵. Good banter as always about the Ashes 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇦🇺😉
