I DID IT!!!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Last night, after 3 years of study, I walked out the doors of O'Neill Kinesiology College having finished my Advanced Diploma of Functional Kinesiology. I cant begin to express how amazing it felt. I have been so blessed in that time to learn the most amazing healing modality, meet the very best humans, make lasting friendships and experience transformative personal change and growth.
I came home full of emotions, to warm hugs, flowers, bubbly and a beautiful card from my extraordinarily supportive family. I could not have done it without them. They stepped up, sacrificed for me, and held me through the whole journey.
I am so proud of myself, and incredibly grateful to everyone who has been there cheering me on.

Finding a good Kinesiologist, is worth the travel!!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

When our family began our healing journey with Kinesiology 15 years ago, the amazing practitioner we saw was 30 minutes from our house. Within a year, he moved an hour away and the following year, we moved to a small country town 3 hours away from his practice. But, the healing our family received and the difference that it made to our life, was worth the distance to travel, so we continued to see him once a month...for years. When he moved to Queensland, I cried for days. That was just too far!
Luckily we were referred to a new amazing practitioner, who we have now seen for 8 years.
But, from this the seed was planted....should I study Kinesiology, so that I can help my family whenever we need it?
Fast forward to today, and I have an Advanced Diploma in Functional Kinesiology, with a clinic space in Kalamunda.
I have clients who make the journey to see me from all parts of Perth - from the local hills to the flats, from the southern suburbs to the northern beaches.
How lucky am I, to be able to share the gift of Kinesiology with people?? I feel so grateful to them for trusting me with their health and wellbeing.
Helping others to lead a better life, is truly a blessing...and definitely worth the travel ❤️❤️❤️❤️

International Self-Care Day, is a reminder of the importance of looking after our physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing. It involves intentional actions that help us maintain our physical, emotional, social and mental wellbeing.
The date 24/7 was chosen to remind us that self-care is something we can practice every day, not just on one special occasion.

There are so many small things you can do to care for yourself. It can be as simple as:
❤️ Going for a walk in the sunshine
❤️ Connecting with people
❤️ Taking time to be still and mindful
❤️ Getting enough sleep
❤️ Doing something that brings you joy

Kinesiology is one of the best ways that you can care for yourself. Allowing yourself an hour to be still and reset your nervous system, clear past traumas, work towards a life goal, realign your energy systems or whatever your body needs, Kinesiology is here to support you.
