Everyone is welcome but numbers are limited.

We will discuss the ins and outs of perimenopause and menopause and how they relate to ageing. Let’s debunk a few myths!

THE CANVAS STORY ~

If you’ve been to Canvas recently, you may have noticed a very cool canvas painting.

When the decision to grow Canvas was made, I wanted to create something meaningful that would represent the journey.

So, several women that are important to me and that have supported my vision came together to create. 3 generations of women in fact.

During a fun day filled with stories and laughter, we all played a part in creating what you now see hung on the wall.
If you look closely, you’ll even see newspaper clippings with the date we got the keys.

Women are so capable but when we lift each other up and support each other, then anything is possible 💪
