🌿✨ A Welcome into Renewal ✨🌿

Last week, my space opened with a gentle message for everyone who came for their 1‑1 Peter Hess® Sound Massage:

“The song of Spring begins here…
Move with the rhythms of renewal,
and let your essence unfurl like petals in the sun.”

And that’s exactly what unfolded.

You arrived with your own stories, your own seasons — and allowed the vibrations to soften, steady, and guide you back to your inner bloom.🌷

Thank you for stepping into this sanctuary of sound with such openness and trust.🙏

May the harmonies we shared continue to ripple through your days, bringing ease, clarity, and quiet renewal from within. 😌

With love,
Irene 🌸✨

🌟There is a moment — just as the door opens 🚪— when the world softens.

A gentle hush, a breath of possibility, a quiet invitation to step inward.

In my healing sanctuary, the glow of the 80cm Chau gong and the warm presence of the Peter Hess® Therapy Bowls create a space where sound becomes a kind of embrace.

Two seats wait for us to begin — a place for stories, intentions, and gentle grounding before the magic unfolds on the massage table.✨

Here, vibrations weave through the body like threads of light, unravelling tension, awakening stillness, and guiding each person back to the soft centre of themselves.😌

And on the wall, two hearts whisper their message:
Love from mine, flowing to yours. 💕

A reminder that healing is not only vibration —
it is connection, presence, and the quiet beauty of being held in a safe, sacred space.😊

Thank you to everyone who stepped into this sanctuary.🙏
May the resonance linger,
and may your heart continue to bloom in its own perfect rhythm.

With love,
Irene 💕🌟

🌟What happens when you let sound touch you? 🌟

A Peter Hess® Sound Massage is more than listening to singing bowls. It is sound you hear and vibration you feel.

Specially crafted Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls are gently placed on and around your clothed body, guiding your mind into quietness and your body into deep relaxation to melt away all negativities.

A session supports:
☯️ Deep physical & mental relaxation
☯️ Stress release & grounding
☯️ Enhanced body awareness

From the Heart Bowl to the Pelvic, Universal, Head, and Bolo Bowls - each brings its own unique vibration to support your individual journey.
There is nothing to achieve. Simply lie back, listen, feel, and receive.

🌿 Sound you hear. Vibration you feel. Stillness you discover.
📍 Stay tuned—in my next post, I’ll give you a tour of my cozy healing room!

Love,
Irene 🙏💕

This isn't a deep, heavy drone….

These three Assam bowls project a bright, crystalline resonance that fills the space around you with pure clarity.🌟

Watch and listen as I play them one by one. 🎶

I use them during a 1-1 Peter Hess®️ Sound session. These radiant acoustic waves function like a soothing massage for your nervous system, effortlessly dissolving internal anxiety and guiding your brain into a state of deep, meditative calm. 😌

Call me to discuss experience this deep relaxation.

Love and peace,
Irene 💝

🌟A beautiful trio of Assam Bowls, designed to ground your space and clear the mind.🎶

Artfully created into a rare, wide, and flat-ish shape, their unique design allows them to release crisp, bright acoustic vibrations that act like a reset button for a stressed mind.

Just a few moments of listening slows your heart rate, lowers cortisol, and flips your body straight into "rest and digest" mode. 🌿 I use these bowls during my 1– Peter Hess®️Sound session.

It’s not just sound; it’s science-backed relaxation. Tomorrow, I’ll share a video of the sounds of these amazing Assam Bowls.

Love and peace,
Irene 🙏💝

SOMATIC FLOW & SOUNDSCAPE

First, we arrive.
Then, we flow.
Then, we surrender to sound.

Somatic Flow & Soundscape with Irene is a gentle journey inward.

We begin with breath and energy awareness, creating space to slow down and reconnect with the body.

Then comes Qigong-inspired movements — flowing, intentional and grounding.

And finally, sound into stillness.

You lie back and let the sounds surround you — singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments creating an immersive soundscape that carries you from movement into deep rest.

It is the transition I love most:
☯️ Breath
☯️ Movement
☯️ Sound
☯️ Stillness

A different kind of pause. ⏸️

A chance to step away from the noise of everyday life and simply be.😊

Now listen to the bowl with the hole in the middle… 🔔✨

This is the Peter Hess® Bolo Bowl — one of the most unusual bowls in my collection..

The Bolo Bowl has a very particular quality of sound… focused, deep and beautifully resonant.

And that unusual opening in the centre isn't just an interesting design feature. It is part of what gives the Bolo Bowl its distinctive character and makes it so useful in 1:1 Peter Hess® Sound sessions. It sits snugly on your shoulders, knees, lower back and hips to release pain and tension.

✨ Sometimes, the most powerful resonance comes from the space within. ✨

Call me to experience true magic of a 1-1 Peter Hess®️Sound session.

Warmly
Irene 🎶♥️🙏

In this video, I’m simply activating the bowl with a mallet so you can hear its distinctive resonance and experience the depth of its sound.
