Indicolite is the name for darker blue variety of the Tourmaline family of minerals, less well known than its siblings but very much appreciated by collectors and jewellers for its rich deep blue tones and clean stones that cut beautifully. This is actually a stone I've had a deep and thorough connection with, coming to me early in my crystal connecting journey as a personal ally of spiritual progress, intuitive development and the integration of wisdom learned.

Cleansing of the mind, this is a stone that works in the very atypical Tourmaline way, removing stagnant energy, negative influences and helping with forward motion, but more focused on our mental, psychic and spiritual energies.

We dispell some myths, lay down some facts and dive into the distinct magick of Opal.

From the 'Precious' Opal with its play of colour or fire, through to the different colours of 'Potch' (no play of colour, but solid body colour) like your Blue, Pink and Yellow Opals, there is a huge variety of material to work with when it comes to this unique gem.
