And sure - stretching feels lovely. No argument there.
But if you’re still struggling to get up off the floor, feeling wobbly, or avoiding things because they feel hard… it’s probably not flexibility you’re missing.
It’s strength.
Because being able to fold yourself into a shape is only half the story. You also need to be able to get back out of it without carrying on like a stunned mullet.
Stretch, absolutely.
But don’t skip the part that actually makes life easier.
