🎉 Being a small, dedicated provider, we’re able to prioritise tailored care, which is partly why EQWELL rarely has vacancies, making this quite exciting to share that we finally have an opening for people requiring SIL Support in the Perth area.

🩵 We’re an NDIS Registered SIL-only provider specialising in crafting thriving environments for better living outcomes, supporting those underserved with current living situations.

As Pride Month comes to an end, we wanted to reflect on what it means to us…

EQWELL is a congregation of differing cultures, beliefs, lifestyles and preferences, including those of us from the LGBTQ+ community. Forming part of our core values, we believe we’re stronger for our differences, allowing us to see situations from more points of view.

While EQWELL is Proud every day, we see Pride Month as an opportunity to talk about acceptance in community, a critical aspect of living a meaningful life, regardless of differences.

We dream of a world where everyone can be safely different while being accepted by their communities - A world where we all win together, united by a shared desire to live well.

⭐️ What an achievement. We’re still buzzing from this one, despite it being a little while ago.

🏆 We passed our audits with flying EQWELL colours, proving that we have the best interests of our participants at heart, and in compliance with the strict NDIS standards that our participants deserve from their SIL provider.

💙 EQWELL is determined to always strive to be better than we are each day. We believe in being a virtuous leader in this space - leading a standard of care that people deserve.

We know it’s been quiet here on our socials these last months. We’ve been catching back up since our smashing debut at the Perth Disability Connection Expo in August.

This was just our debut. We’re excited for next year. Working with organisers, Developing Australian Communities, we'll be crafting an oasis of calm for attendees within this (sometimes overwhelmingly) fun event.

We aim to be the change we want to see in the world. The care industry needs progress, and we’re here to help that along as best we can. Our focus isn’t on providing a bed, four walls and a roof. We’re here for substance, and genuine care.

How do we do this? Sincere, proactive support that focuses on the individual and unique preferences and needs of those in our care. We create a family-like and homely atmosphere that truly supports emotional well-being through the best days, but especially the hardest days.

Each person is unique, with their own dreams, values, and personalities, and we work hard to foster collaboration with our team, families and other providers to keep those dreams bright. ⭐

Families are invaluable advocates, providing key insight that directs our effort to properly support those in our care. We prioritise collaboration, and open communication, providing a two-way dialogue for updates and progress, encouraging active participation as one broad and united team working together. ❣️

We’ll feel our efforts are on target, when family can confidently step back to enjoy creating happy new memories with their loved ones, trusting that we, EQWELL, have their family members’ best interests at heart in the home, delivering what we say we will, and working together for progress.
