The Holding Space - Ireland Edition 🇮🇪💚✨️🌻

There are no words to express how truly special and magical this event was 💫✨️🌻
Everyone that was there knows what I'm talking about, and I once again want to thank you all for trusting me with your time and energy ✨️

To get to do what I absolutely love back at home in Cootehill was so very special ❤️
I've missed gathering the community together and look forward to getting back into creating again that my little holiday has come to, and I'm back in Perth.

For everyone back at home who didn't get a chance to experience The Holding Space in person, fear not I'm bringing it online so you'll still have an opportunity to experience all the magic, but from the comfort of your own home ✨️
Everyone here in Perth can join this beautiful community online as well without having to leave your pj's of you dont want 🌻

The poem in the voiceover is called Sunflower, and it's by This is a little reminder to stand tall be who you are truly meant to be in this world and remember to Shine your Light & Share your Gifts. This world needs all the magic you bring ✨️💛🌻

It's Happening. It's Finally Happening 🙌

I'm bringing The Holding Space to Ireland for one morning only. So if this is something you've seen on my page and wished you could experience for yourself, this is your chance 🙌✨️💫🌻

Well, for in person anyway 😉 The Holding Space online is coming later in October.

So Sunday 4th October 9.30am - 11.30am for 2 hours you'll get to switch off from the outside world and simply rest. I'm bringing all the magic home with me, and I can't wait to hold space for you in my little hometown 🥹
This feels truly special 🇮🇪💚💫

Connect Pilates Studio is where all the magic is happening. You can see in the post above all that you need to bring and all that will happen on the day. Of course, if you have any questions, please reach out to me, and I'll be happy to answer them.
