Forever Care Disability Services has 2 Supported Independent Living (SIL) vacancies available in our beautiful Fully Accessible home located in The Glades, Byford.

The home is currently occupied by one male participant, and we are looking to welcome two additional participants who are seeking a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused living environment.

📢 Support Worker Wanted – Armadale Area, Perth

Forever Care Disability Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker (30+ preferred) to provide support to a male participant in his 60s living in the Armadale area.

About the Role
You will provide person-centred support to assist the participant to maintain independence and engage in the community.

Support Includes:

* Household tasks and domestic assistance
* Community participation and social outings
* Encouraging independence and meaningful engagement

Shifts Available:
🕙 Monday: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm (2 hours)
🕙 Thursday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (4 hours)

📅 Commencement Date: Thursday, 30 July

Preferred Applicant:

* Aged 30 years or older
* Friendly, patient and reliable
* Experience supporting people with disability is desirable
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
* National Police Clearance
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

📍 Location: Clarkson
🕒 Hours: 7 hours per week (2 days per week)

Supports required include:
• In-home care assistance
