Better than yesterday.
I get comments all the time about being 'naturally talented' or people telling me they could never execute work like this. But the reality is a lot less glamorous.
Looking back at my earliest artwork, I had no special gift. What you see on this custom Triumph rear fender isn't an overnight blessing—it is the direct result of tens of thousands of hours spent failing, adjusting, seeking out master artists to learn from, and trying to pull closer to a level of perfection that doesn't actually exist.
You don't need to be perfect out of the gate. You just have to focus on being a little bit better than you were yesterday.
