I always try to visit the local community garden, wherever I go. This weekend, up in the Perth Hills, Glen Forrest, where I grew up. The GFCG - Glen Forrest Community Garden is fabulous! The thriving garden beds from recycled materials and mature fruit trees, I enjoyed the funky art and child friendly spaces. Above all, the fact that there is no fence- a fully 100% open and inclusive community garden. That’s inspiring!
