We would like to introduce Cindy, our new AI receptionist 😆

Cindy will be giving us a helping hand to answer your phone calls when we can’t get to the phone. Our preference is to answer your call ourselves, but when we are busy with clients in the salon, it’s sometimes hard for us to get to the desk.

So when you call next time, the phone will ring as normal, if we are busy it will ring out and Cindy will answer your call.
She can do most things for you such as:
* make an appointment
* reschedule an appointment
* cancel an appointment
* request a call back from our real humans in the team.
* answer many questions relating to our services.

So Cindy is more than a voicemail, she can get your request ticked off your list there and then, without having to wait for us to call you back.

Of course you don’t have to have a conversation with Cindy, she isn’t perfect.
So you can ask for a call back at any time.
