This morning, our dedicated Batch 1 of support workers came together for an engaging training session led by our wonderful Client Intake Officer, Aya.

It was a valuable opportunity to refresh our knowledge, strengthen best practices and ensure we're continuing to provide safe, high-quality, person-centred support to every participant we serve.

A big thank you to Aya for facilitating today's session and to our incredible support workers for their commitment to providing the best possible support to our community.
