There is a space between

Between inhale and exhale.
Between thought and stillness.
Between where you are and where you could be.

This is Antara ~ the in-between, the internal, the quiet within.

For two nights, we’ll gather in a French inspired chateau in Bridgetown,
where the river moves gently, the air feels softer and time stretches wide.

What awaits you...

Fireside evenings – wrapped in warmth, sharing stories or simply sitting in quiet companionship

Nourishing meals – made for you, with care.

Morning river hikes – crisp air, slow steps, a chance to listen—to nature, to yourself.

Mindful Yoga and Pilates – breath led movement to bring you into the space between.

Stillness and reflection – where clarity arises, where possibilities unfold.

Indian head massages and sound healing - dreamy.

Plus so much more!

ANTARA is an invitation to pause, to soften, and to rest in the quiet space within.

Day 64 Daily dose of Yoga Mentorship đŸ’«

The real practice isn’t just in the shapes; it’s in the quiet moments in between—in how we meet resistance, how we soften instead of brace, how we breathe through uncertainty. Teaching yoga is about holding space for these deeper realisations, allowing students to discover their own resilience, and inner stillness.

Wishing you had the confidence to weave philosophy seamlessly through practice - I’ve got you.

Join me this Saturday for Embodied Wisdom ~ a practical guide to weaving the philosophy that lights you up

Day 62/365 Daily dose of Yoga mentorship đŸ’«

Yoga is more than physical movement—it’s a way of being. It offers a framework for navigating life with awareness, presence, and connection. But integrating these deeper teachings into practice and classes can be challenging. How do we share philosophy in a way that feels natural, relevant, and accessible?

This workshop is for you.

Day 51/365 Daily dose of Yoga mentorship đŸ’«

How do you find the balance between demonstration and verbal cues?

As a new teacher you’ll demonstrate more as you gain confidence- that’s completely understandable.

But if you never begin to venture off the mat you’ll won’t develop the skill of holding space and truly becoming present with your students.

Try with a section of flow you repeat - for example a sun salutation- step off the mat during the second round. Or maybe when your students are holding downward dog or child’s pose you set the intention to walk around the room.

Certain situations will require different levels of demonstration: beginner students, teaching in a foreign country and difficulty of flow. As always - adaptability is key.

What has encouraged you to step off the mat, find your voice and hold space with confidence?
