This is a foundational healing concept that I offer all my patients. A chance to change how we see the body , our health and symptoms. We so often are hard on ourselves but when we view our body as our first child we can be kinder . Children should be treated with care and respect , we know this . Would you ask a child to do all that you do? The overwork the overload ? Children hold so much simple wisdom and so does your body . If only we would listen . She waits always for you, wanting only a deep and caring relationship with you . If you can , hold her always in positive regard, be curious about how and why she is responding in the way that she is . Demonstrate that she is safe in your hands . It’s important if you are one of the 7-10% of neurodivergent people to know that neurotypicals just don’t think or feel to the same level , which can help acknowledge why relating can be difficult or jarring . Neurotypicals are essentially limited to@four primary colours whilst autistic and autistic trait individuals get the whole 43215 colour shades and forms . Www.high streetnaturalhealth.com

The feeling we get when we feel rejected or unseen is a physical response. The tightness, the knot in the stomach are physical events . Each one of us may have a different visceral response . A cascade through the nervous system. When this has been ongoing or chronic is can be very impactful to health. Think of how you have felt . Think of how powerlessness in all forms personal societal global. ACE adverse childhood events are well researched to have a shortening effect on life span. I have formulated a new framework for modern feminism. Who’s with me ? Like all derogatory words aimed at women , we can name and claim them back . When there are cultures and constructs that can recognise the unique nature of women why are they not applied to our treatment? We are harnessed when we should be honoured, respected and freed.
