Dear friends,

I wanted to reach out with a gentle personal update and to thank you for being part of my journey over the years.

For more than three decades, my spiritual work was a central part of my life. I was constantly learning, writing, sharing, and connecting with many of you in ways that were meaningful and deeply fulfilling. Over the past year, however, I have felt a natural shift. The constant drive to study, teach, and energetically tune in to others has softened. Instead of being "always on," my inner world has become quieter and more settled.

This isn’t a loss or a step back. It feels more like a new phase — one where my energy is more selective, more peaceful, and more inwardly guided. I still care deeply, and I still tune in when it feels right, but the old urgency has eased.

I wanted to share this with you so you understand the change in my pace and presence. I’m still here, still connected, just moving through a different chapter.
