Happy Sunday Everyone!

As we celebrate Father’s Day here in Australia today, I just wanted to wish all those who are actively fulfilling that Divine Masculine role, including my own beautiful husband, much love and gratitude for the strength, protection, love, guidance and support you provide for those you love. May those deserving be honoured on this, their special day, whether they are here, or in spirit.

We have a New Moon in Virgo this Friday, the 11th of September at 11:27am Perth time, which offers us an opportunity to heal, learn and move on from the less than favourable energy we’ve been experiencing over the past few months… indeed it is an epic time to heal in general! It is the 25 year anniversary of the tragic terrorist attacking of 911, may the memories of all those lost forever be a blessing, as well as the start of Rosh Hashanah … the Jewish New Year…

After so much heartbreaking energy about, people often turn to those they feel are more ‘spiritually connected’, for guidance, healing and direction during trying times…whatever provides comfort is needed at the time of course… But the truth Is that EVERYONE is divinely connected, as we are all beings of Source. Healers should always help those in need of their assistance to understand this…That connection can be interfered with granted, especially when one actively chooses to practice and behave without integrity, truth or love. I’ve heard some spiritual personalities actually say when questioned ‘if I wasn’t meant to do it I wouldn’t be able to’… it is wise here to remember that we are always being tested, free will is a double edged sword after all!

Just because we can do something, it doesn’t mean we should! That is where integrity, love and truth must take precedence over ego, self righteousness and profit…sadly we see the results when this is not the case all too often.

It is up to us all as individuals to learn to discern between our truth and what is deception… difficult I will wager in our current time of AI and a despicable re-writing of history and propaganda…

Truth and deception both serve a purpose on our journeys of growth it’s true, yet having healthy boundaries, trusting those gut feelings we experience from the get go and making sure our energies are free and clear from spiritual debris, are always great practices to make our daily rituals…a New Moon is a great time after all for beginning anew!

The only time we truly ever have is NOW, so we should try to choose peace and happiness wherever we can, leave those without the same integrity to the lessons and energies they are choosing for themselves.

Integrity is not always easy, it takes strength, commitment and always faith in the higher good to come of any experiences or lessons in order to simply keep going and put one foot in front of the other. Whatever our experiences may be, learning to love, nurture, respect and care for ourselves can be difficult, (it’s always easier to do for others is it not?) ..but it is precisely this journey of understanding that allows us to see our wounding, the wounding that makes us vulnerable to people and energy that does not love, nurture, respect or care for us or our energy in return.

The wounds we suffer are quite often used against us also during the awakening process by lower vibrational people and energy, in an attempt to prevent us finding and using our light… a good way to understand what those wounds are is to ask ourselves what is it we most want or need? When we give that to ourselves, we don’t crave it from outside sources. We have healed those wounds and found our Strength. We have TRANSFORMED.

It is for this reason I will be revisiting Pyrite for our weekly guidance. Pyrite, (from the Greek Pyr - meaning Fire) is actually a an iron sulphide crystal that is metallic looking, that can assist us with developing our overall physical, spiritual and emotional strength. It’s my personal go to if I’m feeling run down in anyway as it’s vibration works best with the solar plexus, or centre for divine action and will. Pyrite can help motivate and stimulate our mind and energy into doing the healing and clearing work that needs to be done. Offering protection as we work through the various stages of spiritual growth and transformation, Pyrite, with its natural masculine energy, helps to attracts health, wealth and abundance as we shift the energy preventing us from finding our solid ground.

Bringing the energy today, for all who wish to receive it, of a beautiful Pyrite in Quartz cluster favourite of mine. Pyrite, when struck with itself hard enough, will always produce a spark! …In a simple illuminated grid formation created previously, together with clear quartz, a temple heart dow and extra Pyrite to radiate outward far and wide, know that ‘this too shall pass’, we just need to put one foot in front of the other! We are always rewarded for the energy we create…it’s entirely up to us what that energy will be! The joy that comes from understanding every necessary part of the Way is transformation itself… let the universe unfold it’s bounty..we are Blessed! Happy Sunday Everyone!

I hope you are all well after the huge energy of that Full Moon in Pisces? Energy that can make us a little uneasy (or a lot uneasy), is a great opportunity for healing. Often at these times, we observe others, even ourselves sometimes, being triggered by this energy and the situations and circumstances it can create.

What we are triggered by, is simply what remains in us to be healed. Blockages, lessons not yet learned for various reasons, all have the capacity to impact our ability to find peace and abundance in this life. This life, very simply, is about understanding Joy. The joy we create, the joy we receive and that all elusive, state of simple bliss.

Now, as light beings having this human experience, we often encounter bumps in the road, deviations of the path and outright apparent wrong turns… it’s all part of the journey, and that journey is simply about Becoming….

When we remove the ‘filters’ of our experiences, we are all One, beings of Source, in a state of wholeness and bliss… it does however, take some getting there, lifetimes in fact… a fact lost on those who may think they are special, set apart, or already in a state that sees them superior in existence to the rest humanity. The truth is, our souls are already ascended…the rest is simply a lesson, (several in fact), in realising this and healing from those lessons, those blocks, that can prevent us from understanding our true state of Being… this is the very nature of Becoming.

A great crystal for helping us ‘clear the path’ is Rhodochrosite. Found all over the world but as far back as the 13th century with the Ancient Incas, this beautiful crystal is often found near deposits of silver. Rhodochrosite is a crystal of compassion, unconditional love and most of all, healing.

Working primarily with the heart chakra, Rhodochrosite helps us to have not only empathy for others, but indeed for ourselves. We are often our own harshest critics after all!…this crystal can enable those that are ready, to begin to heal themselves. This is not just healing from the energy of traumas in this lifetime, but those we may have no recollection of in this lifetime… soul trauma… and the blockages this causes even for us as we walk our paths today.

Meditating with or gridding with Rhodochrosite, assists us to examine from a higher perspective, our own energies for trauma, past wounds, phobias, destructive behavioural patterns and suppressed feelings… All from a space of compassion, forgiveness and understanding. The subtle pink, red, white and black hues that Rhodochrosite exhibits in a beautiful array of complexity, mimics the complexity of our human experience… no one person is the same and we are a complex mix of energies we have accumulated over many lifetimes.

Let Rhodochrosite help us to gently, lovingly, but effectively, guide us towards a path of deep, personal and honest state of healing this week (and when we feel like it!) as we move forward with more care and compassion for ourselves, and others… Becoming who we truly are, Source.

In a grid, set upon mini clear quartz tumbles, surrounded by clear quartz points, two Rhodochrosite tumbles and beautiful candle light (it was very early this morning when I created this grid!) … may the energies help us to see that every lesson, every experience, happens for a reason..somewhere, no matter how we may be travelling our paths..there will always be that proverbial ‘silver lining’… when we find it, we Become!

Happy Thursday Everyone!

As promised, some mid week guidance for you all today with a Full Moon in Pisces, peaking at 12:18pm tomorrow, Friday, August 28th, Perth time.

If you are in the Northern Hemisphere, you will be experiencing a Sturgeon/Grain Moon, while in the Southern Hemisphere, we will be having our Hunger/Storm Moon.
If you are working with the energy of this Full Moon, it is intense! …Apart from the way this Moon is aspected, we have a partial eclipse happening (not visible in Australia however) so I do not recommend putting our crystals out to charge this time around.

Like the Full Moon in Aquarius last month, this Full Moon is in a water sign, Pisces… although tending towards the emotional, it is however, always a great time for letting go of unwanted emotional baggage. With the Full Moon opposite Mercury, emotions have the capacity to be intense and confusing leading to anxiousness and anger… these next couple of weeks are not the time to get into arguments and disputes!

These intense emotions aren’t great with the Full Moon square Uranus, which enhances the need for individuality, freedom and independence… some harsh words and rash decisions have the capacity to result in sudden endings, shock changes and apparent unexpected chaos. Unnecessary conflict needs to be avoided if possible. Take it easy on the road out there too please everyone!

Mercury Square Uranus can cause people to behave rashly as sudden changes and unexpected circumstances can tend to throw us off our game at this time… looking at things from a different perspective or point of view will assist us in seeing the lessons of these situations, opening up new opportunities for growth and development. Which leads us to Neptune sextile Pluto…

Neptune sextile Pluto is at its strongest position in over four decades, despite the antagonistic and uncomfortable energy of this Full Moon, the situations this presents are actually opportunities for spiritual growth on a very grand scale. With the Moon aspecting all three of the spiritual planets (Uranus, Neptune and Pluto), it’s a great opportunity for taking the initiative to widen our collective consciousness and further develop our spiritual abilities.

Thank goodness that Jupiter trine Saturn has a calming and stabilising influence on all the huge energy coming our way over the next few weeks, harnessing this allows us to make sure that we act with resolve, integrity, honesty and a steadfast sense of honour, as we move through any challenges or adversities we may encounter!

The verdict? Same as last month truly! This moon will be intense and staying calm, not rising to the provocation directed your way and grounding ourselves will be needed over the coming weeks. Keep healthy boundaries, do the things that nourish your soul, surround yourself with like minded people and find your joy to ride it out! The difference? Change, opposition, challenge is an opportunity for spiritual growth and development… keep an open mind and a broad perspective! …Crystals always help;)

As usual, a full moon is always a great opportunity for the cleansing and release of energy that no longer serves us, so here is my usual ‘how to’ on clearing your energy chords and smudging your home or business spaces...the preceding and proceeding 8 hrs either side of the full moon are a great time for doing this cleansing and release work with Selenite! If you have a Selenite rod and wish to release energy that no longer serves you,

Sweeping your entire body with Selenite, make the following affirmation...

‘I now release all energy, chords, attachments and soul contracts that no longer serve my highest good, and I return them back to Source with love, light and healing. In love, faith and gratitude, I welcome abundance, Amen. (Amen is not a religious word, it stems from the Hebrew ‘to have faith’, meaning what you’ve asked for is done!)’

If wanting to smudge your home or business to release energy from your space that does not serve your highest good, (and white sage, ethically sourced from First Nation People in California is ALWAYS best for this no matter what people say about it in order to ‘flog’ you what they’re trying to sell) ask that ‘all energy that does not serve your highest good be returned to Source with love, light and healing’...as you move around your home or workspace with your lit white sage smudge stick, making sure the smudge reaches all corners, nooks and crannies! ...don’t forget to make sure your windows are open first and you will want to burn some lavender or diffuse some lavender oil in order to welcome back in the good energy when you’ve finished!

As you may have guessed, time has unfortunately gotten away from me this weekend and I’ve been unable to sit and connect in order to provide our weekly crystal guidance! Happy Sunday Everybody!

Well, it’s been a huge week of energy astrologically speaking! A New Moon, Solar Eclipses, together with Meteor Showers … all on the back of the closing of the Lion’s Gate Portal, have had the energetic capacity to bring us sudden changes in circumstance that we all must adapt to, despite the possible restrictive or emotional nature of these potential changes. We have beautiful winter sunshine today in Perth, focusing on the joy is always a way to move forward!

Change is always a constant in our lives, and in these uncertain times, we must learn to adapt and not only survive, but prosper as best we can, whatever the circumstances we may be experiencing or find ourselves in...not always an easy thing to do as most of us know.

A great crystal for helping us to see the bigger picture and to process these changes while walking a spiritual path, is Caribbean Blue Calcite. Unlike the name suggests, Caribbean Blue Calcite is in fact from Pakistan and not the Caribbean. Discovered recently in 2019, it is a one off find and will be exhausted in a few years I’m sure. It is a beautiful combination of light blue calcite and white and brown aragonite...making its ability to help us clear and process blockages and/or traumatic experiences very helpful when integrating change and new experiences.

The Blue Calcite that Caribbean Blue Calcite contains, invokes a sense of peace and tranquility that reminds me of Larimar, which can also assist to alleviate anxiety and stress while trying to process change that can often feel difficult or uncomfortable. This crystal also aligns with the throat chakra, allowing us to communicate our truth and needs during difficult times, when communication can be difficult...

At the beach to bring the energy to all who wish to receive it, of my extremely beautiful Caribbean Blue Calcite Tower, in a grid (created previously) surrounded with calming, peaceful and light filled Selenite Towers, Moons and Rods to help ground, integrate and process the changes we may be experiencing at the present time. I just love the druze, geode like inclusions that are like windows to the higher realms in this tower, while its peaceful and serine energy exudes the peace and calm of warm tropical waters. May the energy of Caribbean Blue Calcite assist us all to ‘calm the waters’ so to speak...no matter what is occurring, all will be well if we appreciate the Oneness of All. Happy Sunday Everyone!

A post for you all a day earlier than usual as we have an absolutely massive week of energy ahead with a New Moon in Leo this Thursday August 13th at 1:36am Perth time…. Which will be a Solar Eclipse for many across the Northern Hemisphere…together with the full opening of the Lion’s gate Portal today, August 8th…

The lead up to this time of year can usually prove, energy wise, to be very difficult for a great many people. This time of year, as always, is of course, huge....with some people experiencing outright misery or emotional instability, lowered immune systems, nightmares and crazy dreams, lack of energy, dizziness, ringing in the ears and even the sudden death of household appliances, and yes, a feeling of loss as many more of those we love seem to grow their wings and ride the portal ...all are symptoms people have been experiencing in the past week or two (happens increasingly every year around this time I might add!) …with the weather absolutely vile here today, it’s definitely a weekend to really focus on taking care of ourselves and focusing on those we hold dear.

The Lion's Gate Portal is a gate way back to Sirius, whereby our Sun is in line directly with the Sirian Central Sun…and to where our closest human relatives are located in this universe…our Family. Connect to Source and we connect to them right now, so it's important if you are attempting to connect with this energy, to do so as safely as possible. Deception is at its finest always at this time and there are always forces at play wishing to hijack and corrupt this beautiful experience…although the balance definitely continues to shift and this energy is certainly weaker than it has been in times past!

Sure, there is a lot of 'codswallop' flying around about now being the time to accept your 'DNA upgrades and downloads', there always is at this time... but are we really so terribly deficient??? The answer is no! If we are sensitive to the energy at the moment, then we should look at doing things that help us to relax, do things that ground our energy and that make us feel joyful. Peace is what's needed over the next few days! We must NOT accept that feeling awful is normal for no good reason, it isn't and messages we receive during these times are highly suspect in that state...so, when in doubt, connect to Source. Connecting to Source allows us to ground our energy and filter out the rubbish trying to trick us into letting itself attach to us, which in turn can mess with our minds, our bodies and our energy.

New Moons are a great opportunity for new beginnings, starting as we mean to go on, in peace, joy and abundance…and this new moon is already proving to be powerful. To should start as we mean to go on we begin by releasing all that has previously prevented us from our connection to Source…moving forward In love, in light and fully in our truth! Happy Sunday Everyone!

Well, how are we all faring after that intense full moon in Aquarius? It was an intense week to be sure, culminating yesterday with the beginning of Lammas, the ancient first harvest festival (in the northern hemisphere of course), where loaves of bread are baked with the first harvest grains, then taken to church to be blessed. Lughnasadh is also celebrated, a Celtic festival celebrating the mid point between the Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox, honouring Lugh… Christians honour God to thank him for the bounty of the first fruits of the harvest and Shabbat/Shavuos is always a time to be grateful for all our blessings and enjoy Challah! It’s what we do with energy we are handed that makes the difference between a ‘feast or a famine’ ….

Gratitude, counting our blessings, seeing the abundance of joy we are blessed with, is always a practice that takes some practicing … especially when life gets in the way of living. I dedicate my post this week to one of my oldest and dearest friends, who suddenly lost her soul mate this week after nearly three decades of marriage.

It’s often all too easy to focus on the negative all around us, sorrow, tragedy and loss can be found without trying very hard to look, granted….focusing on the positive can be difficult, especially when we love and care for the those around us …and if we are empathic or in the business of helping others. It is imperative however, that we do indeed focus on what is good and loving in our lives, so that despite the hardships, we always have something to look forward to…no matter how close we are to, or how much we might love and care for those people, having those energetic and emotional boundaries helps to keep us focused and aligned with our higher purpose, prevents our energies from being overly drained or depleted…and allows us to open new doors and gently close old ones when necessary or appropriate.

A great crystal for helping us to ‘keep our peace’ while assisting in times of trial or need is Danburite. Known as the crystal of Divine Reflection, Danburite is perfect for our weekly guidance this week as it helps us to bring our focus back to within, filtering out energy that may not align with our true balance, joy and purpose. The calming energy of Danburite aligns the heart and crown chakras together, helping us to work through and rise above any trying situations we may find ourselves experiencing. This allows us to reflect on any lessons we may have in those situations, allowing for positive learning and growth to occur…. We should always leave people better than we found them, where it is of course possible to do so.

Danburite is a crystal of Acceptance, offering a deep sense of relief in knowing that all is always as it should be, hard as they may be sometimes. This makes it easier to focus on the the light and love we experience in this world and for ourselves to be vehicles, capable of bringing in more of the same. As a crystal of Connection, when our Crown and Heart Chakras are aligned, Divine synchronicity occurs allowing us to connect to All, revealing our true purpose.

Bringing the energy for all who wish to receive it this week, of a beautiful piece of Danburite I have had for many years. In an ‘Awen’ inspired grid created previously, (Celtic symbol of flowing creative, life energy), …may our connections be pure, peaceful, productive and abundant! After all, life only ever gives us raw materials… grief is a sign of a life well made…and well loved. All will be well.

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

As promised, an extra bit of guidance for you all this week with a Full Moon in Aquarius, peaking at 10:35pm this evening , July 29th Perth time,

If you are in the Northern Hemisphere, you will be experiencing a Buck/Thunder Moon, while in the Southern Hemisphere we will be having our Wolf/Ice Moon as we enjoy some sunny Winter weather here this week. If you are working with the energy of this full moon and are humbly decisive in your energy moving then by all means charge your crystals this evening… if in doubt however, it’s best to give it a miss this month!

While a Full Moon in Aquarius will always involve a little extra emotion… this one is a doozy with us being asked to choose wisely on the path ahead!

Sun conjunct Jupiter is normally auspicious but opposite the Moon?…this can lead people to be arrogant, lazy, over confident etc… just the usual behavioural missteps that don’t really lead to great outcomes!

Moon opposite Jupiter can influence people to exhibit a lack of control, be less guarded, over emotional and indecisive. Moon conjunct Pluto… well, one might observe others to appear again overly imbued with emotion, a little too intense (I’m being generous!), aggressive and altogether behaving in an unpleasant manner!

Sun opposite Pluto may see some exert their power over others in a way unbecoming, remember to always be humble and open to other peoples feelings and points of view.

Uranus trine Pluto can bring about welcome changes in all aspects of our lives and future aspirations, but is cautioned by Neptune in retrograde, as it can lead to fearful, apprehensive and indecisive energy.

Happy Sunday Everyone!

It’s been an intense week for me back at work, yet doing what I love always brings me a sense of grounding and joy, if not a little exhausted by the end of it!

As I promised, I’m continuing this week’s guidance on the theme of Stone Circles, their connectedness and the mystical and powerful energetic experiences they have the ability to offer.

With an intense full moon in Aquarius occurring this week, (I’ll post extra guidance for you all on Wednesday regarding this!), a sense of grounding will be a necessity!

While on my recent trip back home to the English West Country, some dear friends and I took the road less travelled and headed further south to Devon. There is some debate over just how many stone circles are actually in Devon, but there are close to twenty, with a vast majority of them being in Dartmoor itself. Finding a stone circle that is a little off the beaten track and not as well known can be a fabulous experience, as the energy is still powerful and not depleted by thousands and thousands of visitors throughout the year!

They are not behemoths like Avebury or Stonehenge, but they are powerful nonetheless and offer a connection in time to those who came before us, along with the wisdom they’ve collected through the ages.

The stone that makes up the majority of Dartmoor’s stone circles is referred to as Dartmoor Stone, or Dartmoor Granite… not an auspicious name considering the igneous granite is made up of a variety of minerals including white orthoclase, feldspar, quartz, biotite mica, tourmaline, and boron… some have even been found to contain lithium, fluorine, fluorite, phosphorus and beryllium! Other specimens have also been found to contain topaz, elbaite, petalite, huelandite, stilbite, datolite, spodumene along with a whole other range of crystals and minerals, as a result of ancient volcanic activity!

Some of these stones, those containing high amounts of feldspar, can appear with white patches of kaolinite, due to the weathering of the aluminium silicate contained in feldspar…this gives them a beautiful, mystical appearance and a soft, peaceful, calming and welcoming energy.

All in all, a rather ‘boring’ looking piece of ‘rock’, (as some would say, but of course not me!), actually contains a myriad of energetic properties that activate in tune to what we may specifically need energetically at the time, helping us to sit, connect, remember and receive the guidance and wisdom of the ages, needed to navigate our own often turbulent and uncertain times… the continuity, the endurance, the stoic yet powerful nature of ancient Dartmoor Stone, helps us to understand that when we go within, we gain the ability to ‘receive’ what we need, from the wider plethora of all that is, was and ever will be… we are One…the secret of the monad in its simplest form!

Just a note! Don’t go picking and hacking at the standing stone circles! You must leave them be….this should go without saying… but as you leave ask for a loose rock to appear before you somewhere on your walk (often the circles take a bit of getting to on foot!)… and the one you need should appear to you. There are also plenty of reputable sources to purchase from, if you feel drawn to requiring your own.

Bringing the energy today for all who wish to receive it, of my own sacred piece of Dartmoor Stone, centred on a bed of mini Clear Quartz tumbles in a stone circle inspired grid today…flanked with both brown and black Avalon Stone, led in by a deep green Nephrite Jade, stone row. Surrounded and encircled by Clear Quartz Points…nothing worth receiving is done so easily… often it takes time, practice, patience, effort and yes, often painful lessons and experiences… we are however, never alone in that journey. All we need do is stop, connect, discern and learn!
