Today's exercise tips are specifically for Osteoporosis. Remember that you want to complete weight-bearing exercises/activities as they have an impact on the bones. Try the sit to stand exercise at home, just ensure you use a chair with arm rests or have a table top nearby to help with balance.

Sit to stand:
1. Scoot forward on chair
2. Incline trunk slightly forwards
3. Knees over toes
4. Rise up to standing
5. Slowly lower back to the chair
6. Repeat

Let us know in the comments if you try the sit to stand or if you have done them before!
