Red Earth Health Solutions has the aim of providing a tailored single sourced Occupational Health Solutions

Established in 2010, Red Earth Health Solutions Pty Ltd began as the demand for industry experienced Occupational Health Services outgrew the consulting business of one of its Directors - Sue Steele. Jen Pearce teamed up with Sue to form Red Earth Health Solutions with the aim of providing a tailored single sourced Occupational Health solution for mining and industry based clients. With a diverse client base, there is no room for a ‘one-size-fits’ all approach. With this in mind we adhere to a truly personalised approach. We believe that the key to maximising return on your investment, is to tailor our services to suit your specific business environment, requirements and objectives. 🎓🚑 A new chapter begins at our new home! 🚑🎓

On Monday we welcomed our newest cohort of students undertaking the HLT41120 Certificate IV in Health Care.

While this course is certainly not new to Red Earth Health Solutions (REHS), this intake marks a special milestone as it is the first course to be delivered from our new premises at Unit 17/524 Abernethy Road, Kewdale. 🏢✨

We are incredibly excited to open the doors of our new facility and introduce the next generation of emergency first responders to an environment designed to support learning, collaboration and professional growth. 🌱

Leading this journey is the much-respected Mr. Iain Hunter, whose coaching and mentoring style has become synonymous with the REHS learning experience.

Known for his dulcet training tones, dry and witty sense of humor 😄 , and his remarkable ability to bring out the very best in every student who comes into his care, Iain creates an environment where students are challenged, supported and inspired to grow in confidence and capability.

At REHS, we believe great responders are developed through more than technical skills alone. They are built through quality education, practical experience, strong mentorship and the confidence to make a difference when it matters most. 🚨

After a busy few weeks of packing, relocating and settling in, we're excited to announce that Red Earth Health Solutions (REHS) is now officially unpacked and fully operational from our new home at:

Our new premises provide the space and facilities to better support our clients, students and growing team, creating an environment where people can connect, collaborate, learn and innovate. Whether you're visiting for training, clinical services or a meeting, we're looking forward to welcoming you through our doors.

At REHS, we believe the best outcomes are achieved through a holistic approach to health, safety and emergency management. Rather than focusing on a single service, we work alongside our clients to deliver integrated solutions that support their workforce across the entire employee lifecycle.

✈️ The journey has begun! ✈️

The Red Earth Health Solutions (REHS) and Mining Emergency Response Competition (MERC) representatives are on their way to Balikpapan, Indonesia, to support the 2nd Indonesian Mining Emergency Response Competition (IMERC), proudly hosted by Garuda Rescue Nusantara. 🤝

🚑⛑️This year's competition will bring together more than 200 participants across 24 emergency response teams, including our Australian team members. From 6 August, these teams will showcase the exceptional skills, teamwork and professionalism required to respond to complex emergencies within the mining industry.

💡 Emergency response competitions are about far more than winning. They provide an invaluable opportunity to learn from one another, share knowledge, benchmark capability and strengthen the skills that ultimately save lives. ❤️

🎥 We're incredibly excited to witness the competition unfold and, as always, can't wait to follow the coverage—which is consistently superb—capturing the dedication, camaraderie and world-class emergency response capability on display.

👏 A huge thank you to Garuda Rescue Nusantara for hosting what promises to be another outstanding event. We look forward to catching up with old friends, making new connections, and supporting everyone involved.

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone for one of the true personalities of the REHS team — Cathy McMenamin reaching her 5-year anniversary with Red Earth Health Solutions! 🥂

From the moment Cathy walks into the office, you know about it… usually thanks to that unmistakable crazy Irish accent echoing down the hallway 😂☘️

Over the last five years, Cathy has become the heart and soul of our people and culture space — bringing energy, laughter, support, and plenty of craic to the workplace every single day. Whether she’s helping staff navigate all things HR, checking in on the team, or lifting spirits with her happy and bubbly personality, Cathy has a way of making everyone feel welcome and valued.

Taking a moment to acknowledge 👏 our team in the afterglow of International Nurses’ Day, REHS proudly recognises and thanks our incredible medical team for their continued hard work, professionalism, compassion, and unwavering dedication to the roles they undertake each and every day.

While International Nurses’ Day specifically acknowledges our nurses and the remarkable contribution they make to healthcare across the world, we also want to recognise the broader REHS medical family — our Paramedics👏 , Medical Emergency Officers👏 , and Health and Injury Management, Allied Health support teams👏 — who continue to deliver outstanding patient care and management in some of the most remote and rural environments across Australia, along with navigating some of the most challenging and complex situations within the metro area.

Beyond the workplace, many of our team members generously volunteer their time in the desert to support community engagement activities, continue to educate and mentor others through their demonstrated values and behaviours, and consistently show care, resilience, and professionalism in everything they do.
