We lost a valued member of our team suddenly and unexpectedly this week. He coordinated services for our NDIS participants, and he did it with care.
Out of respect for the people he supported, we need to make sure their care continues without a gap.
So we're recruiting an NDIS Client Services Coordinator.
This is the job that turns a support plan into actual support: rostering the right workers, managing budgets, solving problems before the participant feels them, and being the steady point of contact families can rely on. It's demanding work. It's also where the real relationships in community care are built.
We've been doing this across Perth since 2006. Small enough to know every participant by name. The kind of team that backs you in rather than buries you in process.

The NDIS promised you choice and control. It didn't mention the missed visits, the unanswered calls, and the gaps you'd end up filling yourself.
The gap between what the NDIS promised and what it actually delivered isn't your fault. It's what happens when a system with good intentions gets delivered by providers who treat participants as a billing line.
You shouldn't have to chase. You shouldn't have to cover. You shouldn't have to fill gaps in support you're already funded for.
Platinum has one standard that doesn't move: we follow through. Every time. One coordinator, accountable to you — not a roster, not a call centre, not a different voice every time you ring.
