Some pain becomes so familiar we forget to question it. She did, and everything changed.
She had migraines every single week for years. Not occasional headaches. The kind that stopped her life, that she planned her weeks around, that she quietly accepted as just part of who she was.
She came to see me not really expecting much. She had tried everything else.
We worked together over a few sessions, and slowly the migraines started spacing out. Then they stopped showing up altogether. Not managed. Not reduced. Gone.
What she told me afterwards stayed with me. It wasn't just the pain that lifted. She said she felt lighter in a way she couldn't quite explain, like something she had been carrying for years without realising it had finally been put down.
This is the work I do. Helping the body let go of what it has been holding onto, so it can finally function the way it was always meant to.
If you are living with pain that has become so familiar you have stopped questioning it, I would love to help you find out what is possible.
Send me a message and let's talk about what you are carrying.
