Established in 2014, Facilitatrix is a young, innovative company seeking to provide extraordinary services for the aged, vulnerable adults, people with disabilities and their families in Western Australia . Our staff are passionate about empowering these client groups with a view to helping them achieve their personal goals and maximise their independence. We aim to achieve this by providing uniqu

e and individualised services to our clients and training to organisations in the disability and aged care sectors that will assist them to provide high quality services. We also seek to partner with like-minded organisations within the community to provide programs with a difference in areas where we have identified gaps in service provision within the sector. Our services include support coordination; case management, allied health services, mentoring, advocacy, consultancy and customised corporate training packages. On Wednesday 9 July 2026, a Telstra outage affected customers nationwide, impacting their ability to make phone calls, including calls to Triple Zero from Telstra services.

Telstra has advised the issue has now been resolved and testing has identified no further network issues.

WA Police received three welfare check requests associated with the outage. All welfare checks were resolved without issue, with no police or emergency services assistance required.

For women and children experiencing domestic violence – if you have a hidden safe phone, we recommend turning it OFF, giving it to a safe person, or switching it to airplane mode on July 27th at 12pm.

A new Australian national warning system (called the AusAlert test) will send a safety alarm to all phones at this time, even if the volume is turned down, or it’s on silent / do not disturb.
