Established in 2014, Facilitatrix is a young, innovative company seeking to provide extraordinary services for the aged, vulnerable adults, people with disabilities and their families in Western Australia . Our staff are passionate about empowering these client groups with a view to helping them achieve their personal goals and maximise their independence. We aim to achieve this by providing uniqu

e and individualised services to our clients and training to organisations in the disability and aged care sectors that will assist them to provide high quality services. We also seek to partner with like-minded organisations within the community to provide programs with a difference in areas where we have identified gaps in service provision within the sector. Our services include support coordination; case management, allied health services, mentoring, advocacy, consultancy and customised corporate training packages.
