+ A beautiful reference point and recognition at the end of each class for our body, our mind and our heart.
+ Some days east to sit, other days not so so easy, however over time no expectation but acceptance that every day is different.
+ Eastern arts like yoga helps us come to this awareness. To sit and to notice our breath can start to helps us calm our mind.
