"What can I do RIGHT NOW to make my life better?"
This is something we should be asking ourselves, multiple times a day.
With the extreme over use of Facebook, Netflix, television, computer games and other negative social media,
we are becoming more and more disconnected from, and dissatisfied with our lives.
What can you do to feel satisfied?
Going for a walk, daily
Reading a book that's going to inspire or educate you,
Hitting the gym if it inspires you
Ringing a friend you haven't spoken to for a while,
Starting a craft project
Doing that assignment/paper work you've been putting off for ages is gonna make you feel LOADS better.
We get into such a habit of zoning out that we are forgetting now how to zone in.
We are forgetting how to really live.
We are losing our imagination and our inspiration is slowely fading away.
Sure, we all need a little down time each an every day, but ask yourself how much 'down time' are you REALLY getting?
Let me ask you this...How satisfied are you when you go to bed?
Ask yourself "What can I do RIGHT NOW to make my life better?" at least three times a day and I guarantee you will watch your life change you will watch your life blossom✅
