How was 2025 for you? Did you feel you were at the starter's block and ready? Or running from start to finish without looking over your shoulder?
This year has been a mixed bag for most, a year of letting go, shedding the layers... but we made it to the end of the year, right? What were the takeaways for you?
May the next year be a fresher start for you, and cherish those who are close to you. Keep moving, have the permission to tap into your child-like wonder and play (this part is important, I know it sounds silly..but trust me on that one), and stop making excuses to releasing your dreams on ideas you had in the back shelf. Revisit that idea, and if it no longer resonates, let go. 2026 is a year of honouring fresh perspectives. And stop making excuses (this is on repeat 😆).
I'm not going to throw in 'new year, new you' as I think that statement is crap. YOU are perfectly imperfectly fine, thank you very much, if you don't treat others like sh*te. If you want to improve your health, take the first steps. Example...my new year's eve breakfast plate is a mix of fridge leftovers and fresh veg and protein to fuel a busy day ahead. I might have a midday snack as blood sugar needs balancing. And 3 fur babies I'm minding this holiday are having 2 serious walks a day (at least 1 hour minimum in morning, maybe shorter in the evening if mosquitoes giving me love bites) and lots of love. It's amazing what you learn about honouring space and boundaries with minding 3 dogs 😆.
Anyway, over to you, dear reader. Happy new year to you. Xx
