5 sessions of yoga out of 13, getting injured didn't help for the challenge, but I never got a recovery this fast in my life.
I guess having all the vitamins and minerals in the right levels helps a faster recovery.
Today I am doing yoga twice to keep recovering and continue the challenge.

Some people have asked me if I am addicted to Kyani, some days, when I have the possibility to be at home resting, I don't take the supplements, but all my vitamin levels are still on top.
I am studying the vitamins recently and the mechanisms of absorbing minerals in our body, one of my conclusions is that taking Sunrise along with my morning Smoothie is doing something great in my body.
The best thing is that all this vitamins are coming from a natural source: blueberry, pomegranate, mangosteen, goji, green tea, spinach, kale, aloe vera, ginseng and Açaí, something I tried in Brazil but really hard to find anywhere else.
Having the ability to take all this superfoods in a really simple way makes your life so much easier.
