🌿More and more, I hear from people who are feeling the weight of stress, tangled in thoughts that seem impossible to quiet. You're not alone. I’ve found myself reaching into my own toolbox more often lately, and I know just how important it is to have practical, nurturing ways to return to calm.

🌿Over the past 30 years teaching yoga and meditation — and through the deeply insightful work of the past 15 years as a hypnotherapist — I’ve gathered simple, uplifting, and effective tools that soothe the nervous system and help realign us with the stillness that lies at our core. These are the practices we’ll explore together.

🌿 Hello dear friends! 🌿

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted here, and I wanted to take a moment to reconnect and share a bit of what’s been unfolding in my world.

Life has brought many changes in a short time — some tender, some exciting, all deeply transformative. Most profoundly, I’ve been coming to terms with the passing of my beautiful teacher and friend, ShantiMayi. Her presence continues to echo in my heart, and I carry her wisdom with deep gratitude ❤️🙏❤️

At the same time, I’ve recently resettled in the serene and stunning southwest of Western Australia, now calling the gorgeous little community of Cowaramup home. It's been a process of grounding, adjusting, and allowing this new chapter to gently unfold.

And with all of that — I’m happy to say… I’m back! ✨

I’m now seeing clients again from my cozy home office here in Cowaramup, and continuing to offer sessions online as well. It’s such a joy to return to the work I love and reconnect with the beautiful souls I get to walk alongside.

Thank you for your patience and presence, even in silence. I look forward to sharing more and hearing how you have been too.

Topping up the tank: it's what I call daily Self care. ❤️ It's so crucial to our well-being.

We need to remind ourselves that no-one else is going to do it for us day to day.
As I put it to clients, 'no-one is going to row the boat across the river for you' 🚣
Even the little things done every day can make a world of difference. It's up to you. ✨

I stretch and move, breathe, connect with someone I love, meditate, chant mantra, get into nature 🌿
