Using a combination of Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a host of underlying factors can be addressed across a wide range of personal issues and states. Hypnosis safely allows access to the subconscious part of the mind to unlock unwanted programming, usually from our past, and effectively implanting a new program to create our desired outcome and future. The process takes one to a deepened state of relaxation using various techniques which disassociates the conscious mind from the subconscious mind. Through bypass of the usual resistance of the conscious mind, the subconscious mind is then addressed in getting rid of unwanted patterns while new and positive verbal suggestions are directed into the subconscious mind to effect beneficial changes which take place eventually after the subject is back into a fully alert stage

It is based on the fundamental principles that the body is a self-repairing living entity that possesses the ability to heal itself and that the healing process is accelerated by increasing this life force that is readily available from the sun, air and ground to address physical & emotional imbalance
Pranic Healing works by removing 'used up' or diseased' energy and replacing it with fresh vital energy called Prana. Spiritual Healing or Spiritual Surgery as its also known, is essentially a hands-on modality. Tony acts as a channeler or conduit for divine/spiritual energy which is directed towards the recipient, usually through laying of hands on them. While Spiritual Healing or Spiritual Surgery may be applied for specific or general healing, the recipient will usually get what they need to get at that particular point in time. Benefits or effects may be dramatic or subtle as a result of this. Tony is a certified Personal Trainer, He possesses a deep passion as well as a high level of hands-on knowledge in this field. Sessions and fitness programs will be custom designed & tailored to one's level of fitness and desired fitness progression. Resistance Weight Training & Instruction, Low to High Intensity Functional Training, Interval Training, Circuit Training & much more (includes cardio work). Sessions include FREE USE of our well equipped Personal Fitness Studio (during paid sessions only). Outdoor locations will be per mutual agreement.
