Today is R U OK? Day, and although a formal day that we recognise how important it is to check in with those around us - Ask R U OK? Any Day because life happens every day.

A lot can happen in a year, a month, a week – Whether it’s your friend, family member, colleague, partner, or teammate, the people you care about go through life’s ups and downs every day.

We're pretty lucky to work with some amazing people, and today we took some time in our daily routines at the office to have a cuppa, and reflect.

The Disability Events Community - The DEC know how to run a hell of an event, and we're pretty lucky to have been apart of their latest - the Cockburn Community Disability Expo today. 🎉🎉

We were a one-woman band today with one of our amazing Support Coordinators, Laura, on stand answering questions and chatting to those in attendance.
