Women with PMDD have histamine issues due to a vicious cycle between estrogen, mast cells, and histamine clearance enzymes (in the gut).

Histamine, oestrogen, and cortisol can amplify each other.

This is why many women notice:
* worsening symptoms in the luteal phase
* increased anxiety or sleep disruption premenstrually
* stronger reactions during periods of high stress

Reducing dietary histamine can be useful to reduce symptoms in the short term.

It is most effective when:
* Symptoms are clearly food-linked
* It is used for a defined period
* Gut and clearance pathways are supported simultaneously

The main foods to remove initially are fermented foods, alcohol, leftovers, bone broth, aged cheeses, and cured meats.

Once symptoms settle, foods should be reintroduced gradually. Permanent restriction is not the goal but is certainly helpful to reduce PMDD symptoms whilst you fix the root cause.

Because PMDD isn’t a lifelong sentence.

Because Endometriosis isn’t just a ‘gynaecological problem’...

If you have endo, your body is signalling that inflammation, immune function, hormones, gut health, pelvic mechanics, nervous system, and cellular energy have all drifted out of alignment.

Yes you can put Endo into remission through holistic treatment,
BUT if you do too much too soon, you will further flare inflammation, then pain flares and the nervous system reinforces a threat - feeding a negative loop...

That’s when Endo becomes self-reinforcing, aka. your body gets stuck in a vicious cycle...

→ Endometriotic tissue growing in the body produces its own estrogen (amplifies the problem)

→ Progesterone resistance means your natural “brake” to help reduce estrogen doesn’t work

→ Lesions recruit blood vessels and nerve fibres (neuroangiogenesis)

→ the Immune system becomes overactive but can’t clear endo tissue properly

→ Pain sensitises your nervous system over time
⟳ repeat ⟳

so there’s three overlapping environments keeping your body in this vicious cycle:
growth, immune dysfunction, and pain signalling.

I personally understand how overwhelming it can be, when you know you want to heal but don’t know where to start…

That’s why I created a step-by-step protocol on how to put your endo into
remission (without the overwhelm) and bring your body back into alignment.

You could have one, or a combo, of the following;

Insulin Resistance.
Chronically elevated insulin drives systemic inflammation, which triggers excess androgen (testosterone) production at the o***y. High testosterone can lead to male-pattern hair growth and delayed ovulation.

Hypothalamic Amenorrhea.
If your cycles are long or ovulation is missing, it may not be PCOS at all. HA is often the real cause usually from under-eating, overtraining, or chronic stress.

Chronic Cortisol Production.
Your reproductive (HPO) axis is deeply influenced by your stress (HPA) axis. When your body feels unsafe, it shuts down non-essential functions like ovulation. Stress always wins.

Metabolic Dysfunction.
Blood sugar issues, inflammation, thyroid imbalances and gut dysbiosis can all disrupt your cycle and even contribute to cyst formation. But that doesn’t mean you have PCOS.

Microbiome Imbalance.
Your gut microbiome plays a key role in hormone metabolism including estrogen, progesterone, thyroid and insulin. Dysbiosis = hormonal chaos.

So no, you don’t have PMOS.
You have a body that’s screaming for balance and a system that never looked deep enough to find out why…
