Great affirmations to help change your mindset.

Your mind learns by repetition so choose words that build you, strengthen you, and remind you of who you really are.

Repeat these every day:

“I am enough exactly as I am.”
“I am worthy of love, success, and happiness.”
“My mind is working for me, not against me.”
“I no longer need to live by old rules.”
“I expect good things to happen to me.”

Say them out loud, say them with feeling and repeat them again and again until your mind begins to believe them.

What you repeat, you reinforce - and what you reinforce, you become. 💛

Our minds are absolutely amazing but we need to make sure we use them to create what we want. Our thoughts need to work for us, not against us.

When you quiet your mind you more likely to tune into the whispers of your soul.
How do you do that?
One way is to meditate with Solfeggio frequencies daily and another is to connect with nature.
Lots and lots of people are living in overwhelm and whatever your thoughts are - your body has to mirror those thoughts as feelings in the body.
