Ageing is inevitable and anti-ageing sounds like something combative. With better understanding of health and wellness we are shifting more towards supporting ageing than trying to combat it, with the aim of optimising cells. Skin should no longer be treated as a surface but an ecosystem, and good management of skin should focus on prevention from damage and support of natural repair systems as this will allow vitality to continue as we age.
