Try this deliciously refreshing healthy Chamomile & Lavender Lemonade recipe by Bodhi Organic Teas to inspire relaxation and boost your immunity! This recipe uses SereniTEA, which contains organic chamomile, lavender, spearmint, lemon balm and lemon verbena.

Ingredients:
1 cup boiling water
1 tbsp Bodhi Organic SereniTEA*
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (approx. 6 lemons)
3 cups sparkling mineral water
¼ cup raw honey
ice

Method:
Brew tea in boiling water for 30 minutes. Strain and then place your tea in the fridge to cool.
Once cooled stir through honey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and sparkling mineral water.
Add ice and then garnish with lemon slices and some dried or fresh lavender. For a sweeter lemonade add a little more honey.
Makes around 6 glasses.
