I’m not saying I suddenly have my entire life together 😂 but taking Hormone Balance Plus from MyPause I Perimenopause & Menopause Weight, Sleep & Mood has helped clear some epic mental haze.

I genuinely didn’t realise how much I’d normalised feeling a bit slower and flatter mentally until I started feeling clear again.
